The Milan Puskar Stadium is owned by the West Virginia University. It is named after a former entrepreneur and philanthropist from Morgantown. He donated $20 million to the West Virginia University in 2004. The stadium’s record attendance was set in 1993, when 70,000 people showed up for an American football match between the West Virginia Mountaineers and the Miami Hurricanes.
