The construction costs of the venue were $14 million. The North Carolina Courage, North Carolina FC and the Raleigh Flyers use the stadium for home games. North Carolina FC were known as the Carolina RailHawks. They drew their first-ever capacity crowd to the expanded stadium in 2016, when 10,000 people showed up for a friendly match against West Ham United from the United Kingdom.
