Tenants Bursaspor, nicknamed Yesil Timsahlar (Green Crocodiles), were founded in 1963. They won the Turkish football championship in 2010 for the first time in their history. The same year, Bursaspor made their debut in the UEFA Champions League, one of the major sports competitions in the world.
