Vipers Sports Club use the venue, which is located in Kitende, for home games. They won the top-flight football league of Uganda in 2010 for the first time in their history. In 2017, the Vipers won their first top-flight league title after the opening of the St. Mary’s Stadium. Jorge Miguel Da Costa Duarte from the Portuguese Republic was their manager when they won the title.
